Artwork care

  • Sunlight and Fading

Art, unlike plants, doesn't thrive in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure can lead to fading or damage. Avoid placing your cherished pieces on consistently bright walls to preserve their vibrancy.

  • Humidity

Protect your valuable pieces by avoiding placement in fluctuating humidity areas, such as bathrooms and kitchens. Canvases, stretched around wooden frames, are susceptible to dramatic humidity changes. If your home has heating and AC, and you're not in an extremely humid climate, you're good to go.

  • Cleaning and Dusting

Originals: Gently dust the front and sides with a dry feather duster. Avoid rubbing or wiping with hands and never use anything wet or spray, as it may damage the paint, erase lines of ink and graphite, or dimple the canvas.

Prints: Apply the same approach, using a feather duster for gentle dusting. Avoid rubbing with cloth or spraying anything, as it could damage the image and dimple the canvas.

Framed Glass Prints: For framed glass prints, you may clean the glass with a suitable glass cleaner.
